12. WhatsApp and Social Media

When you contact us through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Xiaohongshu or another social platform, the relevant platform may process your personal data independently according to its own privacy policy.

We may retain relevant business communications for customer support, registration, programme administration, service improvement and record-keeping.

Please avoid sending highly sensitive information through social messaging platforms unless specifically requested and appropriate safeguards are available.
